Can I buy something and have it sent to another (alternate) address?
Yes you definitely can however, when creating an account with us please use your own address as the billing address. You can specify the delivery address later on in the order process.


Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes we offer free gift wrapping to all of our customers - simply specify that you would like your item(s) gift wrapped when ordering by using the additional comments area during checkout. (If you would like to leave a short message you can also add it to the additional comments area.)


I am not living in Australia - can I buy via your website?
If you are living overseas and purchasing for friends or family who live within Australia, we can arrange this for you. Please contact us before signing up to our website.

If you are living outside of Australia and want the item sent to you, our website will not be able to process your order. Please contact us as we will need to provide you with a quote on postage and process your order manually. Providing the model number of each product will assist in speeding up the process of us providing you with an accurate quote. Please do not attempt to sign up to our website with incorrect address details as our system will automatically ban you.



How can I make payment?
You can make payment via a number of methods including PayPal ( which processes credit card transactions - without having to sign up ) , direct bank deposit, money order or cheque.

    TimeForBed.com.au uses PayPal for credit card processing - Please note that you do not need to sign up to PayPal to pay by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

    Yes we do accept PayPal - simply log in and follow the prompts to make payment.
  • Direct Bank Deposit
    Bank deposit details are displayed both during the checkout process and in the order confirmation email. Once funds have cleared, your order will be despatched.
  • Money Order OR Cheque
    Money order and cheque details will be provided both during the checkout process and in the order confirmation email. Once funds have cleared, your order will be despatched.

How much is postage?
Tracking numbers can be provided on request.

What happens if I purchase the wrong size pyjamas?
If you purchase the wrong size product we are happy to exchange, provided it is within 14 days and the pyjamas have not been washed or worn. Please contact us so we can assist you in exchanging your item.


How long will it take for the item to arrive?
All Australian orders are sent using express post to ensure speedy delivery of your order. If you order hasn't arrived within 3-4 days please contact us.
Please note: if you pay by E-check, Money Order, cheque or direct bank deposit we must wait for your payment to clear so please allow 2-3 extra days. You can contact us if you would like to know the status of your order.


I want to purchase a product for someone who has a skin disorder.
Normally when this occurs we suggest purchasing 100% cotton pyjamas. This will normally alleviate any skin problems. You can contact us if your not sure a product is 100% cotton.


My item arrived damaged - what can I do?
Please contact us immediately. Every order that is sent from our warehouse is checked thoroughly for any problems before being posted however, in the unlikely event that you do receive an item that has been damaged please contact us and we will either provide a full refund or exchange the product for you.


What happens if I order something that is not in stock or sold out?
You can't, all of our products are stored in our warehouse. The second they are sold out products are instantly removed from our website. We never have and never will offer a a back ordering system.


Will you send advertisements to my email or mailing address after I purchase from timeforbed.com.au?
When signing up to our website there is an option to opt out of our newsletters and product notifications.
